The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Recruiting Facilities Program, is seeking 870-1145 square feet (useable) of retail/office space within the delineated area. Potential locations must meet the following criteria, at a minimum, to be eligible for site visit and consideration as a location for bid solicitation. Additional requirements may be disclosed upon site visit or bid solicitation if selected. - 870-1145 SF Space must be located within delineated area boundaries LOCATION:
