U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seeks 5-Year Lease of Office Space in Byron, GA

The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a five-year full-service lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 600 to 1,000 usable square feet of office space located within Byron, Georgia.

The space shall be move-in ready by June 1, 2024. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease.
