The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a five-year full-service lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 600 to 1,000 usable square feet of office space located within Byron, Georgia.

The space shall be move-in ready by June 1, 2024. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease. Must use Government Lease. Additional information regarding this solicitation may be obtained from Mrs. Emily Cromie at emily.k.cromie@usace.army.mil.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract.

All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer – System for Award Management, which indicates “All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).” Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.SAM.gov.
