Unified Integration and Transformation Enterprise (UnITE) Informing Session (Updated Date & Information)

The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) office’s Project Lead Enterprise Transformation and Integration’s (PL ETI) Unified Integration and Transformation Enterprise (UnITE) program is hosting a UnITE Industry Informing Session on 13 November 2024 (this new date replaces the previously scheduled date of 9 October 2024, that was postponed due to Hurricane Milton). You are invited and we welcome your attendance and input.

UnITE Informing Session Logistics: The UnITE Industry Informing Session takes place 13 November 2024 from 1300 - 1600 EST in the Central Florida Tech Grove, located on the ground floor of the PEO STRI Partnership IV facility, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826. The entrance door to the Tech Grove facility is located on the left side of the building as you face the building from the street view.

3. UnITE Informing Session RSVP / Attendance Information / Questions for Panel: a. To attend the UnITE Industry Informing Session, please RSVP by emailing the following information to all Points of Contact listed in paragraph 4:

Email Subject Line: “UnITE Informing Session on 13 November 2024 – RSVP” Company Name Attendee #1 First and Last Name, Title, Phone Number, Email Address Attendee #2 First and Last Name, Title, Phone Number, Email Address Completed/Signed Security Vetting Form, addressed in paragraph 3e. **RSVPs are due by 4 November 2024** b. If your attendance was approved for the 9 October 2024 event that got postponed, there is no need to RSVP again – you are good to go to attend the 13 November event. c. Each industry partner is invited to send two personnel per company.

Content presented will focus on technical information. Please plan attendees from your organization accordingly to maximize benefit. d. Please arrive and in-process prior to 1245 on 13 November 2024. e. Attendance is predicated upon submission and approval of the security vetting form through PEO STRI security review. The security vetting form is attached to this announcement. Please email the security vetting form with the RSVP email, outlined in paragraph 3a.

The security vetting form must be received by 4 November 2024, to ensure ample time for review. Vendors will be informed via email of their approval / disapproval for attendance. f. Those registered for attendance must present a photo ID to gain entrance to the facility on the 13 November 2024 game day event. g. Within the Partnership IV facility parking lot, please do not park in the marked reserved spots.

If no open parking, attendees can park in the lot on the southeast corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway, adjacent to the entrance to the PEO STRI main entrance gate and proceed on foot to Partnership IV (short walk – 5 minutes or less). h.
