Pre-Synopsis Notice The Sacramento District of the US Army Corps of Engineers plans to issue the following synopses for A&E design IDIQs: Civil Works (CW) A&E IDIQ ($208M Unrestricted) synopsis is anticipated between June and September 2025. CW A&E IDIQ ($30M Small Business Set-Aside) synopsis is anticipated between June and August 2025.
