Greetings, On behalf of Colonel Cecilia Montes de Oca, Senior Materiel Leader, Operational (Space) Command & Control (C2) Acquisition Delta, Battle Management Command, Control and Communications, you are invited to Industry Day in support of the Space C2 program. This event will discuss, obtain feedback, and inform the procurement of operational C2 software and supporting architecture capabilities as well as discuss program office support across several Lines of Effort. The first day will be focused on Contracts and Mission Overviews with opportunities for One-on-Gov sessions. The additional day(s) will be dedicated to our classified (to include One-on-Gov) sessions.

Background: The Space C2 program is managed under USSF’s Space Systems Command (SSC), Battle Management Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) Program Executive Office (PEO), and Ops C2 Delta. Space C2 provides operational C2 and Space Domain Awareness (SDA) capabilities for the USSF, the Combined Force Space Component Commander (CFSCC), and U.S. Space Command’s (USSPACECOM) Joint Task Force - Space Defense (JTF-SD).

The program develops and delivers critical services to our warfighters to facilitate timely, data-driven battlespace decisions. It also provides infrastructure, enterprise services, and mission applications enabling responsive, resilient operational-level space C2 capabilities for USSF Space Deltas at the National Space Defense Center (NSDC), Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC) and other command and control centers. The Space C2 program develops, incrementally delivers, and continuously enhances modular and extensible software systems. Major Lines of Effort include:

LOE0 – Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Support LOE1 – Platform, Facilities, Infrastructure & Cloud Services LOE1 – 24/7 Vandenberg Network Operations Center LOE2 – SDA Software LOE3 – Theater Support Software – Organic Support More detailed information and insights regarding LOEs will be provided following this invitation so industry may prepare for their engagements with the Government.

Due to facility limitations, each organization/company is limited to a maximum of 2 attendees. Please also indicate if you would like to request to attend the classified session. More information will be provided about the One-on-Gov sessions related to Space C2 LOEs. One-on-Gov sessions will be scheduled in 20-minute increments.

Note: One-on-Gov meetings are open to all approved attendees but will be limited to available schedule time and, thus, are not guaranteed. Please annotate requests for a One-on-Gov in your registration request; registrants indicating interest will be sent follow-up directions at a later date.

Visit Access Request (VAR) and General Information For attendance at any classified briefings or classified One-on-Gov sessions, VARs must be submitted via DISS to Space Force Security and must be received by Friday, 9 Feb 2024 Please submit VARs to SMO code: Space Force-SSO SSC-1. Please title the visit F2F SSO Mtg & list the technical POC as Fred Callahan – 310-653-4122.

For question on VARs or classified session please call the SSO office @ 310-653-4505 or email at smc.ins.sso@spaceforce.mil Visitors who are requesting to attend the classified session must also fill out the Aerospace form required to be submitted along with their VARS by Friday, 9 Feb 2024 (see attached). ** Additional guidance to be published to all attendees no later than Monday, 12 Feb 2024 ** Location for Classified Session: Aerospace Building A8 Food & Beverage Information Water, coffee, and light refreshments will be available (voluntary donation) Lunch, Beverage and snacks can be purchased at the Southbay Café first floor, in Building 270, along with the Food court, located in the Base Exchange (Building 252) Lunch, beverages, and snacks can be purchased at the Aerospace cafeteria. Vistors without a badge will need to be escorted.
