ADF-E AHU-3 Replacement

This Notice has been updated to reflect a new anticipated release date of 22 March 2024. The National Reconnaissance Office has a requirement to replace the existing Air Handler Unit - 3 (AHU-3) in Building 2851 located at Aerospace Data Facility - East (ADF-E).

Anticipated scope will include replacement/modification of associated ductwork, piping, controls, and roofing systems; as well as modification/replacement of impacted room ceiling grid systems, lighting, electrical, and springler systems in accordance wiht the drawings and specifications. Additionally, there is anticipated optional scope to paint the exterior of the adjoining switchgear building. The estimated price is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

An Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be released on/about 22 March 2024. Interested oarties will be required to have and AR account to view the solicitation, and are encouraged to ensure they have access priorto the anticipated release date identified in this notice.
