THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO INTEGRATED DATA SERVICES. FOR COMPREHENSIVE COST AND REQUIREMENTS (CCAR) SYSTEM AND SERVICES. The Department of Defense (DoD) Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) System Services to Integrated Data Services, 2141 Rosecrans Ave, El Segundo, CA 90245-4733 (SAM Unique Entity ID:

NRLEGBF55K19, CAGE: 1GWD4). In order to meet the Government’s mission, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), requires procurement of the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) System to support DSCA’s financial and budget data.

This includes defining new and enhanced system requirements, analyzing proposed solutions, recommending/implementing solutions for financial process improvements, implementing financial improvement and audit initiatives, monitoring and reporting system operations, day-to-day helpdesk operations, developing communication strategy to users and Government program managers, deploying new users, delivering on-time and accurate financial and system reporting capabilities, developing and delivering effective virtual and non-virtual training, and attending all required meetings/training as required by DSCA leadership.

This is not a new requirement; this is a follow-on to current contract number HQ003421F0273. This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $24.5 million. The PSC code is R408, Support- Professional: Program Management/Support. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal or quotation.
