The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Broadcast Services, Inc, for a site lease. Broadcast Services, Inc. is the owner/operator of this specific site; therefore, the ONLY source able to negotiate a contract with. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
