The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with STI-CO Industries, Inc located at 15 Cobham DR, Orchard Park, New York 14127-4101 for Mobile Antennas. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. This requirement is set aside for small businesses only. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR part 13, justification is attached to this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing.

The business size standard is 1250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is August 16, 2024 at 10:00 am EST. Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to marie.t.devine@dea.gov.
