Software Support

Provide multi-site agreement on software and services support for Foray ADAMS digital imaging system. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to Foray Technologies, LLC, 3911 5th Ave, Ste 300, San Diego, CA 92103 for the purposes of providing software support to already procured. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only One Source Reasonably Available.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 513210. A determination by the Governmant not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by August 5, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. EST will be considered by the Government.
