Copier Svc - Monthly Maint agreement

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to JTF Business Systems Corporation 7370 Steel Mill Dr, Springfield, VA 22150-3600, for monthly onsite copier and plotter services and supplies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the Limited Source Documentation form is attached with this notice.

The NAICS code is 339940 and the requirement is not a total small business set-aside. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 8. THIS SYNPOSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS.

Per FAR Part 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can provide the services and meet the Government’s requirements detailed above, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government.

Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or NONE. Late submission will not be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted.

Questions: Please submit questions with the subject header “D-24-MI-0083” by May 29, 2024 (NLT) 10:00 AM EST to the Point of Contact (POC) Jose.l.marin@dea.gov. No questions will be accepted after this cutoff. Offeror (s) shall submit one set of question only; multiple sets of questions will not be accepted. If necessary an amendment to the special notice will be issued.
