Exhibit Booth Space

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. This non-competitive award is implemented by the authority at FAR 6.104-2(a) and FAR 12.102(a), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Air & Space Forces Association (AFA) for Exhibit Booth Space. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 8:00 AM CST, 12 March 2026. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to zachery.dishong@us.af.mil and kristopher.kostenko@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
