Synopsis of SBIR Phase III CEI-RADS

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA).

The Air Force Installation Contracting Center 767th Enterprise Sourcing Flight, Barksdale AFB, LA, intends to award, on a NON-COMPETITIVE basis a SBIR Phase III contract IAW 15 U.S.C. §638 and the Small Business Administration SBIR/STTR Policy Directive (PD) 01 October 2020. Award will be made to Small Business Consulting Coorporation (SBCC) for the development of a production grade Commercial Engagement and Integration Prototype to support commercial acqusitions for Rapid Acqusition Decision Support that can follow the AFGSC funded SBIR Phase II.

This acquisiton is in support of the Commercial Capabilities Integration and Transition Division The Government intends to make award by 30 June 2024. If a firm is interested and believes it is capable of meeting the Government’s requirements, it must identify its completed SBIR II effort which meets the requirement and capability to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) days of this publication.
