The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to repair a sinkhole at MTJ MALSR in Montrose, CO Point of Contact: Tony Bryant, Contracting Officer 817 222-4178 tony.w.bryant@faa.gov The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified 8a Small-disadvantaged Business or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business contractors under NAICS 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction in providing offers for the work described below General Statement of Work:

MTJ MALSR: Provide all labor, materials, supervision, and transportation to repair sinkhole at MTJ MALSR in Montrose, CO, in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation. 1. Contract performance time is 45 calendar days after issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed 2. This procurement is expected to be set-aside for 8a Small-disadvantaged Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.

3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 4. The Small Business Size Standard is $45 Million 5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $300,000.00 and $400,000.00. 6. Site Visits are not mandatory but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.

The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available late June 2024. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by June 7, 2024.
