DOJ Civil Rights Division HR Services Support

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Procurement Services Staff (PSS), on behalf of the Civil Rights Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Patty Lee Evans to continue providing Human Resources (HR) services to the Civil Rights Division. The purchase order will be awarded under the auspices of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization).

It is in the government’s best interest to issue a follow-on purchase order to Patty Lee Evans so as not to disrupt the on-going, critical HR support that this company is providing for complex SL and SES classification services. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for information or whether additional vendors have the capability to perform this service. No solicitation document is available.

A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive requirement.
