The attached email dated Tuesday, June 24, 2025, directs all EPA employees and contractors to disregard Executive Order (EO) 14263, “Addressing Risks from Susman Godfrey”. The EO and the Court’s orders referenced in the email are also attached. Please contact your contracting officer, as appropriate, with any questions regarding carrying out and complying with the Court’s order. Your cooperation is appreciated.
