The attached email dated Tuesday, July 22, 2025, directs all EPA officers, staff, employees, and contractors to disregard Executive Order (EO) 14263, “Addressing Risk from Susman Godfrey LLP”. The EO, permanent injunction order and final judgment notice referenced in the email are also attached. Please contact your contracting officer, as appropriate, with any questions regarding carrying out and complying with the Court’s order. Your cooperation is appreciated.
