Justification for Intent to Sole Source - Readiness Furniture for Building 800 at Vance AFB

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A LIMITED SOURCE ORDER AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC intends to award 58-R01R Readiness Furniture CMH12268 to FPI Unicor in the amount of $ 38,642.89. FPI Unicor is a mandatory source for the items being purchased.

This justification and approval for other than full and open competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactions in this published document ( that is , language marked out or deleted ) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contract proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure.

As the Government's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide Point of Entry (Sam.gov) and all public comments considered at this time, the Government does not intend to respond further concering this publication
