BACKGROUND: Notice from the Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency, Strategic Acquisition Program Directorate (SAPD) at DLA Columbus, Ohio. The SAPD/ZAA Division is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, including small businesses.
