Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS) Training Suite

This is a notice of intent to award sole source to Tactical Communications Group, LLC (TCG) /Curtiss-Wright (CW) for a purchase order for BOSS Link 16 and software suite. This non-competative FFP contract was awarded on April 28th, 2023. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 31 March 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.
