DRAFT Section L&M and Statement of Objectives for CAD/PAD

This is not a solicitation, rather, it is a Request for Information (RFI) to receive comment from the industrial base for CAD/PAD Industry Partners. SOO and Section L & M will be posted with future competitive actions for CAD/PAD requirements. Requesting industry provide comments or questions to POC listed.

This RFI does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the government will not be obligated to pursue any course of action because of this RFI. Any future solicitation that may be issued will be announced separately and independently from this RFI.
