Teradyne Spectrum and TS-128 Maintenance and Repair MOD

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to acquire Additional Parts Repairs listed below:

DESCRIPTION QTY U/I EMXG Parts Repair: 672-025-58 or DI-025-48 Repairs 10 EA SWEG Parts Repair: 672-025-58 or DI-025-48 Repairs 10 EA SWEG Parts Repair: 601-087-01 2 EA This contract modification is for the on-site preventive maintenance, replacement parts, unscheduled maintenance and calibration for Teradyne Spectrum, TS-128, and Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Station (VDATS) circuit card assemblies located on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) systems.

Calibration services are required annually on TS128 Test Stations. Unscheduled maintenance consists of on-call telephone assistance and on-site repair services if telephone assistance fails to resolve the problem. This requirement includes replacement parts during the repair of defective ATE parts and preventive maintenance performed semi-annually on the Spectrum and TS128 testers. See Draft PWS attached
