Description
As published on SAM.gov.
The CDC intends to award a sole source contract to Bruker Scientific LLC for a LabScape Complete 48 service agreement to support the Microflex LRF (microfleX smart) mass spectrometer. Bruker, as the original equipment manufacturer, is the only source authorized to provide comprehensive service and maintenance for this instrument. The LabScape Complete 48 program guarantees on-site service within 48 hours, ensuring minimal downtime for critical laboratory operations.
Use of non-OEM providers would risk voiding warranty coverage, compromise system performance, and cannot replicate the manufacturer’s guaranteed response time or certified replacement parts. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources that believe they can provide equivalent services may submit capability statements. Responses must be received no later than 10 September 2025, 5:00 PM EDT.
