Intent to Sole Source IM Interface Computer Tower Ptiplex780/IM333627

The Indian Health Service/ Bemidji Area, plans to procure, on a sole source basis, services necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for the computer tower Ptiplex 780/IM 333627 with Switching Unit Lantronix / ED58PR. Located at the Red Lake Service unit Data Innovations, LLC: Authorized service provider: Data Innovations LLC . / 463 Mountain View Drive/Suite 305/Colchester VT. The response close date of the notice for this requirement is in accordance with FAR 5.203(b).

This acquisition will be processed IAW FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance. The intent is to complete a sole source award directly to Data Innovations as the only vendor capable of providing the subsequent service and maintenance due to the proprietary nature of the equipment.

All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government.

Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than stated above. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
