Notice of Intent to Sole-Source - Hematology Analyzer Services

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Sysmex America, Inc. for routine preventative maintenance services and reagents for the Sysmex Hematology Analyzer Unit. The analyzer has reagents specific to the machine which can only be provided by Sysmex America. They are the only company able to provide reagents and thus the only company to fulfill the requirement.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 14 October 2024 by 2:00 PM MST at 341 CONS, Malmstrom AFB to SSgt Kevin Luccitti, Contract Administrator, kevin.luccitti@us.af.mil and SSgt Joshua Crist, Contracting Officer, joshua.crist.1@us.af.mil.
