This is a special notice to inform the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk issued a contract to JAL ENTERPRISES, INC on June 12, 2025 for $52,642.25 under Urgent and Compelling conditions under contract number N0018925P0321. Delaying the award of the contract would result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.

No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A Justification for Unusual and Compelling Urgency is attached.
