Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Bioenvironmental Lab Facility - Westover AFB, MA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, has an upcoming requirement for the construction of a Bio-environmental Lab Facility at Westover Air Force Base (ARB), Massuchusetts.

Included in the requirement for the Bio-environmental Lab Facility is a brand-name sole source specification for the following elements: Richco - Soap Dispenser - Model #95715 for Black, #95714 for White Tork - Toilet Paper Dispensers - Model #56 58 28 Tork - Paper Towel Dispenser - Model #77 28 28 Schlage - Lockset and Cylinder Systems Gamewell - Radio Alarm Tranceiver This is not a solicitation for a competitive proposal; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirements described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 04:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 17 July 2024 to adam.m.brooks@usace.army.mil.
