Subject: GSA Public Buildings Service Special Programs Division, Product Service Code Y1DB, NAICs Code 236220, 5D Pathology Lab, 3900 NCTR Road, HFT 324 Building 5D, Jefferson AR 72079 The General Services Administration's Public Buildings Service is soliciting comments from the construction community of Jefferson County, AR, regarding the use of Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) for large-scale federal construction projects exceeding $35 million (pursuant to Executive Order 14063).

This PLA survey is being posted for Construction Services to remodel the existing building Suite 5D to include a new single story 32,000SF Pathology Lab with an 18,000SF mechanical mezzanine located in Jefferson AR.
