Notice of Intent to Sole Source - CleverBridge Inc - S25-0081 WUFI

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) intends to issue a firm-fixed-price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), Sole Source - Only a Single Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Cleverbridge, Inc. This requirement is for Wufi software to support the USACE building design and analysis activities across numerous USACE Districts in support of Resilient Building Policy implementat.

Based on the market research conducted, only Cleverbridge, Inc. can provide access to the aforementioned resources, which will provide vital support to HECSA. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period. WUFI is the leading software for simulating and analyzing the moisture and heat behavior of building materials.

It is the only solution that provides a robust, scientifically validated, and reliable platform for hygrothermal simulations, which are essential for evaluating the performance of building envelopes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513210, Software Publishers. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by the response date and time. Responses to this post must be in writing and submitted to the Primary Point of Contact. A determination not to compete the proposed order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR part 4.11.
