NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Carolina Recording Systems, LLC., 1619 N Graham St, Charlotte, NC, 28206-3023. Exclusive Licensing Agreements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The contractor shall provide all project management, travel, accommodations, subsistence, labor, cabling, programming, engineering, system software, system hardware, and any other materials (connectors, screws, etc.) tools and equipment necessary to install the recording system in the data center in room 133, building 1043, Camp Lejeune, NC. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
