NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS POSTED. ** Description of Requirement: The 76 Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) requires Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the purchase of Frozen Adhesive Rolls, a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) item.

Tinker/CMXG Qualified Products List (QPL) Boeing Material Specification (BMS) 5-101 Rev M TY2GR10 calls out for three (3) qualified material products: EA 9696 Henkel Corporation, EA 9628 Henkel Corporation, and AF 163-2K 3M Loctite.

Requested material item descriptions/specifications: Frozen Adhesive Rolls Shall be 0.06 lb/sqft, 36 Wide x 167ft long Shall be certified by batch to BMS 5-101 Rev M TY2GR10 Shall include certification of analysis to BMS 5-101 TY2 GR10 testing requirements Shall be certified by batch to BMS 5-129 Rev L TY2GR10 Shall include certification of analysis to BMS5-129 Rev L TY2GR10 testing requirements Product shall remain at 0 degree F during shipment to be validated with two (2) temperature recorders inside each box Product shall arrive with no less than 85% of shelf life remaining Certificates of analysis shall include MFG date and date of shipment Standard commercial warranty shall be provided for all delivered products A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) must be included with each shipment Estimated annual quantity: 80 rolls.

Requesting shipment split into minimum of two (2) deliveries six (6) months apart, but do not hold or split batches. Contract type: Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) Firm-Fixed Price One (1) basic year and four (4) option years This requirement will be full & open competition.
