Notice of Intent – Sole Source – Spare parts active roadway barriers - PR15164138

The U.S. Consulate General in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to RSSI BARRIERS LLC for spare parts for the active roadway barriers. Given this vendor is the manufacturer of the spare parts needed, and the compelling urgency of the request, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
