PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO THE DRAFT RFP.

CHANGES ARE RELATED TO THE GOVERNMENT REMOVING THE REQUIREMENT FOR INDUSTRY TO MANAGE AND PURCHASE AUTOCRIBS ON GEN IV. THESE CHANGES IN THE REQUIREMENT HAVE BEEN UPDATED ON THE ATTACHED FILE TITLED “DRAFT RFP REVISION 10 FEB 2025.”

INDUSTRY IS TO USE THE ATTACHED EXCEL DOCUMENT TITLED “DRAFT RFP MATRIX” TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION BACK TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER CONCERNING THE ENCLOSED DRAFT RFP NLT COB 21 FEB 2025.

Industry Days will be 19-20 November 2024 held at Luna Lodge on Warner Robins AFB in Georgia.

The address is 1316 Famcamp Drive, Robins AFB, GA 31098. The start time for 19 November will be 0800 EST. Please let the POCs Jennifer Dunn and Robert Napolitano know who will be attending from your company NLT COB 18 October 2024. When RSVP'ing please let the POCs know if your personnel has CAC cards to enter the base or if visitor passes will be needed. 19 November will include a brief on the GEN IV requirement as well as a tour of the IPV operations at WR AFB. 20 November will be an opportunity for each company to have a private interview with the Gov't team to ask questions and provide feedback.
