The Government revised the Draft Acquisition Timeline Attachment 2 dated 9 February 2024 regarding the Pre-Solicitation Industry Day, Draft Solicitation release, Final Solicitation release, etc. The Government the Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) solicitation will be a 100% (Capable) Small Business Set-Aside utilizing GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services Category, Special Item Number (SIN) 541611 vendors in accordance with the competitive procedure’s requirements of FAR Subparts 8.405-3 and 8.405-5.

ORIGINAL INFORMATION: The USCG is conducting market research to seek sources and to gain knowledge on industry’s capability to provide up to date Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work.

The Government anticipates awarding a ten (10) year period of performance multiple award contract via a Blanket Purchase Agreement to at least three, no more than five small business vendors including at least two socio-economic categories. The period of performance will consist of a five-year base period and five-year option periods.
