Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) - Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB), Arkansas intends to award on a sole-source contract to Smartnet, Inc. for repair and replacement of the following:

X2220-NGP-2220 NGP-2220, Dual Door System Controller, board access control features enabled with dual reader ports enabled, RoHS, CE and UL294 certified HID RP40 PIV Smart Card Reader THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
