UPDATE: 28 July 2026, The PPA is providing an updated Open Season Checklist. Inadvertently provided an older version last update. Please use the one noted with today's date (28 July 2026) The Department of War Personal Property Activity (DoW PPA) is soliciting applications for new Entrants to participate in the Defense Personal Property Program (DP3). This Open Season will run from 20 July 2026 through August 7, 2026. - See attachments for further details. -Including all documents necessary for open season consideration.
