Notice Of Intent To Sole Source Periop 101: A Core Curriculum OR Course

The 502d Contracting Squadron at Lackland AFB, Texas intends to award a sole source purchase order to Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) as a result of them being the sole vendor able to provide the Periop 101: A Core Curriculum OR Course for the training of Air Force PeriOperative Nursing (AFPON) course students. This commercial purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by IAW FAR 13.106-1(b).

The anticipated award date is after 23 September 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product/listed above.

Deadline date for capability statements is COB 18 September 2024. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
