Notice of Intent to Sole Source- SAS Analytics Pro maintenance

The Executive Office of United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award a contract to Executive Information Systems (EIS), LLC, 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, Bethesda, MD 20827, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The EOUSA anticipates award of a Task Order, on a sole source basis, to Executive Information Systems, LLC. The EOUSA requires SAS Analytics Pro maintenance for a single physical server with four (4) total processor cores and Enterprise Guide for 10 users, windows software annual maintenance for the Office of Legal and Victim Programs (OLVP). OLVP will use SAS Analytics Pro to access manipulate, analyze, and present information from large proprietary databases to US Attorneys' Offices.

The period of performance is anticipated to twelve months and three one-year option periods for a total 48 months. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received with five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the government.
