Overhead Garage Door Repair in Maynard, MA

Scope of Work The contractor will remove solid steel shaft, Springs and bearings on a commercial overhead garage door and replace them with OEM or equivalent. In addition, make all necessary adjustments. The Overhead door failed due to age and was found that several parts were broken, worn and needed to be replaced.

Contractor will be allowed to enter the building for 1 day to complete the replacement of the door parts. Additional time will be provided if additional parts need replacement. Contractor will do a thorough cleaning of the area, haul-off their trash, old and new excess materials dispose of properly per local, state, and federal regulations.
