THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is issued for the purpose of informing industry of the Government's forecasted opportunities. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Please see the attached “Procurement Forecast” document for more information. All questions and concerns shall be addressed to the POC identified for the specific opportunity.
