733 SFS Flock License Plate Recognition Cameras

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO SINGLE SOURCE: The 633d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, intends to award a single source purchase order to ThunderCat Technology. ThunderCat Technology will provide five (5) Flock License Plate Recognition systems with Vehicle Fingerprint technology. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13-106(b)(1).

The anticipated award date is 6 September 2024. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
