Notice of Intent to Award a Single Source Contract - ColDesi, Inc - Embroidery Machines

A determination not to compete this proposed contract was made pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). ColDesi Inc is the only known source that can provide the Avance 1501C Compact Single Head, 15 Needle embroidery machines and software capable of integrating into the existing system of embroidery machines. The machines must be 15 needle/color commercial embroidery machine with WiFi Connectivity and stand.

Must have software that exports .dst and .10o file formats to be compatible with our 8 embroidery machines currently in use. Full color 10.1" high resolution touch screen interface. On board fonts. Design memory, USB Port, Network Ready, Maximum speed 1200 SPM, Thread break detection, Control precision - min. controllable stitch intervals is .1mm, Wide Cap Frame - 270 degree, Quiet Operation, Real time stitching preview. Pinpoint laser for perfect embroidery positioning. Extended light and Automatic color change.

This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Only one source is reasonably available based on their possession of exclusive licensing rights.
