Allen Bradley Software PLC Upgrade - Detroit and Big Cliff Dams

NOTICE TYPE: Notice of Intent to Award Single Source Contract Synopsis: This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.2 "Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions". The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to award a single-source, firm-fixed-price supply contract to North Coast Electric Company, 625 N. Thompson St. Portland, Oregon 97227-1820. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase Allen Bradley ITAS software.

The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) - Soliciting from a Single Source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. The Government intends to proceed with this sole source action. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.

Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government by submitting a capability statement that they have the ability to supply the required Allen Bradley software meeting the Government's need. If no affirmitive written responses are received by 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time on 4 August 2025, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not accepatble in response to this notice.
