Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Fitch Solutions, Inc.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedure for Certain Commercial Items to Fitch Solutions, Inc. for Fitch ratings and Credit Sights online research subscriptions. Fitch ratings provide research, analysis and proprietary ratings reports on banking systems, credit outlooks, and financial products of banks, sovereigns, and corporations.

Credit Sights subscription provides market news, detailed analysis of company fundamentals, relative value opportunities, and covenants. The initial period of performance for this requirement is July 2025 through January 2026, with four one-year option period. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote; a solicitation document will not be issued.

All information received by requested date with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
