The Army Data Platform (ADP) ARDAP Industry Day One-on-One sessions have concluded. As a result, the Government hereby extends the time available for all interested parties to submit final Question or Comments related to either the Draft Section L&M or Draft PWS. All questions and comments shall be submitted by 1100 CT, January 31, 2025, via the original comment matrix. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is releasing this Industry Day announcement on behalf of the Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEO E).
The U.S. Army PEO E is hosting a Virtual Industry Day for Army Data Platform, the event will be held Thursday, 16 January from 1300 – 1630 EST. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the US Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The Government will not reimburse or pay for this Industry Day. Industry Day is open to all business types. This Industry Day is issued for the purpose of discussing the Government’s requirements on ADP.
Registration to the Industry Day is voluntary and will not affect any contractor's ability to submit a proposal if, or when, a solicitation is released. The Industry Day does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued.
This event provides industry participants with the opportunity to receive information, ask questions in real-time, engage with ADP Leadership and Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, and increase their understanding requirements, acquisition strategy, and contracting approach. The forum is intended to improve dialogue, provide acquisition forecasting and provide more insight into the program’s requirements.

This is not to be construed as a commitment by the US Government to form a binding contract or agreement.
The Government will not reimburse or pay for participation or information submitted in response to this Draft Section L&M. All participation and information provided is at the contractor’s own risk and expense; participation constitutes your agreement to hold the Government harmless for all such risk and expense. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. This Draft Section L&M is open to all business types.
This Draft Section L&M is issued for the purpose of seeking input regarding how to best communicate the Government's requirements to industry as a result of this exchange of information. Responses in the form of Questions or Comments to this Draft Section L&M are voluntary and will not affect any contractor's ability to submit a proposal if, or when, a solicitation is released.
This Draft Section L&M is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. Proprietary information shall NOT be submitted in response to this Draft Section L&M S, nor will the Government be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. No award will be made as a result of this Draft Section L&M.
The Draft Section L&M is for informational purposes only to promote exchanges of information with industry. Interested respondents should review the attached Draft Section L&M. The Draft Section L&M is subject to change if, or when a Request for Proposal (RFP) is released. Responses in the form of Questions or Comments to this Draft Section L&M shall be annotated in the Comment Matrix Excel File, which is attached to this posting.

Example: Draft Section L&M ADP - ABC Inc. The Comment Matrix file name must read Company Name_ADP Comment Matrix.
