Intent to Sole Source - Renewal of Living Security's Cyber Security Expo, Training, and Support Licenses

Sole Source Notice of Intent: The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to issue an award for the Renewal of Living Security’s Cyber Security Expo, Training, and Support Licenses. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency.

Capability statements must be received by the posted response date and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All respondents must be registered in SAM.GOV, and current firms must update once a year to maintain active status.
