Notice of Intent to Negotiate a Sole Source Lease Acquisition of Real Property

The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers intends to negotiate an operational lease with the rector and visitors of University of Virginia, an agency of the Commonweath of Virginia for approximately 168,000 square feet of class A multi use, fully constructed and built out finished building space, and approximately 2 acres of paved parking to include all physical security enhancements required per current federal regulations.

The purpose of lease is to support the United States Army's Judge Advocate General's legal center and school's mission specific requirement for educational and other unique space.
