412 CS requires parts and repairs, training, software updates, and additional on-site/telephone support on an as-needed basis from Federal Signal Corporation to maintain and repair the Giant Voice Mass Notification System. The Giant Voice System consists of; Edwards AFB location: 28 electronic outdoor sirens, 1 mobile siren trailer and the Internal Public Alerting System (IPAS), which includes 33 Ultra Voice Indoor Controllers (UVIC), located in 31 buildings.
