Intent to Sole Source Seismic Processing Software

Intent to Sole Source: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure seismic processing software on a sole source basis to Geogiga Technology Corp in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source reasonably available. This will enable USACE to perform passive seismic investigations for enhanced subsurface characterization during site assessments.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. However, any business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification on the form of a capability statement.

Supporting evidence shall be in sufficient detail that demonstrates the ability to comply with the requirements listed and furnished by August 14, 2025. USACE, Rock Island District, will not reimburse any cost connected with supplying sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. In order to receive a government award, a firm must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov/.
