Intent to Sole Source: SAF/SQ Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services Bridge

AFDW/PKF intends to award a Sole Source contract to Sigmatech, Inc. for SAF/SQ Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services under the authority 10 U.S.C. 3572, set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), to solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The services anticipate a period of performance from 24 August 2025 through 23 February 2026. See attached Justification & Approval document for further information.
